Portable Bluetooth Speaker: Soundlink Mini? Soundlink III?

I am in the market for a new bluetooth portable speaker since that seems to be the best bet in terms of practicality for me.

I have a budget of Rs.18,000 and I am looking for the best speaker SQ wise. I have heard Soundlink Mini and Soundlink III and I was impressed by the sound quality.

Is there any way I can get a discount on the Bose offerings?

Also, do we have better options available for my range or cheaper?
