Bose SoundLink Mini II and Bose SoundLink III are worth an audition.

SQ is really good... way better than the so called 360% circular/spherical BT speakers of these days.

I have auditioned many bluetooth speakers.

Nothing come close to Bose sound link mini II.

May be slightly above your budget but it is worth. Don't waste your money on crap.
