Below is the Crossover simulation using attached FRDs captured in box.

Did not merge FE85 nearfield measurement.

All gated measurement upto 5ms
0-180 degrees horizontal
+-60 degrees vertical








Dont have time to capture Actuals . Will do on some later date.

The box is 2 liters tuned to 80hz. Inspired by Jeff bagbys quarks mosd project.


The diffraction frd will be used to form low frequency response along with near field measurements and then merged to actual/predicted crossover response. Near field merged with diffraction



The crossover is second order around 2.8khz


These are going to be PC speakers supported by a 10 inch dainty sub

I will use rew measurements and equalization to further linearise and correct speaker response.

Will be building an analog lpf/hpf using original ne5532 opamps . Prototyped first using 4558d op amps.
