projector setup

Any fellow forum. Members from delhi ..
Can you please help me setup my projector..I am facing no.of problems
1) while playing 3d hsbs mkv rips I am getting black bars on sides of screen .and 3 d experience is also not great..

while watching 3 d movie(gravity) if i concentrate at the center of the screen .effects are good but when i move my eyes across the screen it takes a while to adjust to the effect ..can anybody tell why and what wrong i am doing here.i am using 110 inch screen from 12 feet viewing distance ..
