Yes, you can connect them. If your Integrated amp has a headphone jack, it should be a direct fit, if your speakers have 3.5mm jacks. If they have RCA (AV) jacks, they can again fit directly to the Audio Out.
If nothing works & you are hell bent on hooking the speakers to the amp, be prepared to cut off the jack from the speaker system & connect the 3 (or 4) wires accordingly to hook them to your integrated amp. For reference, if the speaker system has a shielded type cable, the outer shielding is the negative or common. The other two wires correspond to Right & left channels.
If there are 2 groups of 2 wires each (total 4 wires) then again its pretty simple. Just hook them individually without sharing the common negative.
Be sure to hook it to the audio out of the int. amp & NOT speakers out, as I expect your 2.1 speakers to have their own built-in amp.
