Right price?

I will be using a Belden/Percon speaker cable and have been quoted a price of Rs 22500, also an Extron/Monster HDMI to HDMI 10.6m cable costs Rs 22500, is this a fair price? I'd like to know where in Bangalore I can check prices for Monster HDMI cables and Belden composite and S-video cable
