Composer Aadesh Srivastava Passed away today. May his soul rest in peace.

OMG, two days back read a news that he got cancer again (he was cured earlier) but this is really a sad news for me. He composed many Super Hit Songs in 90's, he was good singer too.

Never listened to Aadesh Srivastava (or may have without knowing it) but he was quite young and could have contributed much more to Bollywood and to his family. Very unfortunate. R.I.P.

If I recall correctly, he had accompanied Madhuri Dixit on one of her US tours (in 1995?). I think he was relatively new at that time. I remember he sang 1-2 songs during that SFO concert and was superb and audience thoroughly enjoyed it. Did not hear much about him later though. I did not know that he composed and sung Mora Piya (Rajneeti) - what a nice song!
