Samsung 40" Series 5 VS LG 42 LD460

Hi

I am planning to by LCD TV of size preferable 42", brands I have finalized are LG and Samsung(In samsung not getting 42")

Requirements:
1. USB support for DIVX play
2. Screen Size-40"-42"
3. HD Support
4. Good Sound Quality Very Imp

Have two options:
1. LG 42 LD460 - Rs 50500
2. Samsung 40" Series 5 - Rs 50500

Please suggest for which option should I go for, and also let me know the best price for both if you know this is the price quoted by a dealer in Delhi.

The salesman was quoting two things Full HD & HD Ready for different TV - What is the difference?

Its just the difference of resolution. LG LD650 - it has true motion 200mhz

Can you give reason, any plus points and if you know what best price I can get
One benefit i see in LG is that I am getting 42", which samsung does not have, and also sugeest me pros and cons of both and shud I look for Samsung C630 or there is not much difference.

Samsung C5xx are one of fastest selling tvs and for good reason its one of better tvs with regard to PQ and is also cheap to buy.

I am also considering to buy samsung 40inch series 5 , i have shortlisted 2, 40C530 @ 51000rs and C550 @ 54000rs . when i visited the showroom C550 looked bigger than C530. so i am in quite a confusion in deciding between 2 of these models can any one figure it out, ny viewing distance is 8-10 feet, and cable STB and dvd player.

I think for your viewing distance, even a 46/47" TV would be good. You'd get a more cinematic viewing experience.
