Please suggest which one is good among these two

1. Samsung Best LED TV 40Inch, Smart TV, Full HD LED Television Specs India

2. KDL-42W700B : W700B Series : BRAVIA LED TV / LCD TV / HD TV / 4K TV : Sony India

IMHO definitely better is Sony W700B, its current year version as F5500 is last year one from sumsung. Check the other thread for correct comparison in the fourm W700B vs H6400.

Hi,

The best is to decide which one offers better picture, connectivity and performance and meets your requirements and budget.....this means a side by side comparison in a electronics shop if possible and look at the screen from all angles...remember the shop's lighting and your home lighting is different.....check the sound output quality and see if there is ample connectivity thru component, analog and HDMI.......if something fails in future atleast you have some other connectivity backup to continue viewing ...all the best.
