Series Recording in TataSky HD

Friends,

I got TS HD installed today and was setting up recording for diff channels.

Now for movies, I would like to record the daily movie at 9:00PM, recurring everyday for a particular channel...is this possible, as I couldn't figure it out?

I guess thats not possible friend. With series recording you can record tv series where the program name is always same it doesn't matter which time it comes Like I have done the series recoding of Simsons and it automaticaly records everyday at 8:30PM as well let night and on weekend day time also obviusly only when my setup box is on.
For movies the there not series and program name is keep changing with movie name. I hope you understood this.

Series link is defined by Tatasky on the EPG. Unless its defined for a program, there is no way to do it.

Thanks for the inputs....

So I'm spoiled by using Airtel IPTV last few years when I could come home and see any movies of the past week on HBO etc...

Now with this.....how are you folks recording your movies for later watch? any tips? what frequency you monitor the EPG, any shortcuts etc...

Just go to program guide and scroll to date and time on the movie channel when the movies is scheduled and just select that. It will give you two options on this remind and record so select record there.
YOu can do this online through tatasky web site or with the tata sky mobile app also.

Another caveat here - using website or mobile app will not detect conflicts so you need to manually take care of it as at a time it can record max of 2 programming as you might be aware.
