Since when did we start OLX communication in Bahasa Indonesia!!!

Came across this ad at Olx-Mumbai for a Leak 30 amplifier. I wonder since when did we in India start communicating in the Indonesian language - Bahasa Indonesia !!!!

I have met the seller recently during my search for a TT for my brother.. He is a trader at Lalbaug, Mumbai. But to advertise in Indonesian language for Indian market is quite amusing!!!
