Stereo amp to team up with MarantzSR5005

I want to use a Stereo amp for purely music listening. I'll will plug pre outs from my existing AV receiver into the pre-in on a stereo amp.
This simple set up should ensure the front left and right are always powered by the stereo amp whilst AV receiver will handle all the other speakers. Both amps operate as a team when listening to surround sound.

Suggest me a stereo amp which can work with AV receiver.

You have not specified your budget.

However if your budget permits look at the PM7004 - It has HT Bypass so integrating it with your AVr should be a breeze.

My budget is less than 40k.

One of local shop suggested me to go for Sonodyne amp any thoughts.

Not too sure about the Aviano 2 synergy with Sonodyne. You will have to audition your speakers with them

With the Aviano 2 you can also look at Cambridge Audio 550A.... Good synergy and several FM's use this combo.
Not too sure how it would integrate with the Preouts of the Marantz though.
