Suggest budget A/V receivers for Music

Please suggest some good budget receivers (25-35K range) which sound good with Music as well as Movies. I will be a using them with a Wharfedale MS-100 which has a impedance of 4 ohms. So I guess I might need a pretty powerful receiver.
