I'm planning to get ONKYO TX NR515 from US,

Any feedback on this new model?

planning to use a Step Down transformer to use this in INDIA. will there be any issues with the power and performance with the transformer?

Any Transformer models which can be used with this?

Not really,its just certification.A good AVR w/o THX will certainly sound better.

Look for MX Stepdown transformers.. U can get one at SP Road.. Buy a 1000 VA stepdown

nope.... If u can get the "Isolation" Type of step down for it... go for it .. its better .. will be a li'l expensive though
