Hi,

This is my current setup
AVR: Yamaha rx-v477
LCR : Wharfedale 220 and Wharfedale 220c center.

I had plan to get 225 for front and move 220 to surrounds. I am not sure how much benefit it would be going for 220 as surrounds. I feel it will be under utilized. The smaller bookshelf 210 from wharfedale family is 15k+.

There is a discount offer for Boston acoustics A25 in hifimart now (13k) and

1) Would it be a tonal mismatch if I add A25 for surrounds?

2) How is the BA sound signature compared to Wharfedale ? Should I worry about this for surrounds.?

Please suggest.

You can comfortably use the BA A25 for surrounds.. Only the Fronts need to be timbre matched...Surrounds can be from different brand..
