Hi guys I bought svs pb 1ultra sub from Denny bassn treble this may.on July 17 due to some power outage my sub malfunctioned and would not switch on.I contacted both Denny and Sandeep I think they were busy in some audio show and were late in responding.in the meantime I audio shot a mail to svs guys. They response to my mail as soon as there working hours started and told me to contact the local dealer
After a bunch of mails and phone calls with Denny and Sandeep I made a video of the problem and mailed out to them. Also cced the mail to svs .svs guys said that there was some logic issue with the amp and amp had to be replaced. Later when I talked to Denny I told him what the svs guys diagnosis of the problem was. Sandeep said that they did not have the sledge amp in stock and will order from svs.I later mailed svs guys to confirm whether they have got the request from audire and have they shipped the amp. They responded that they will get back to me. Later I got their mail that they will be sending the amp directly to me and asked for my shipping address. They shipped the amp through fedex and it reached me in 7 days flat. They did not charge me any shipping fees and also told that I did not have to ship the defective amp back to them. I installed the amp and got my sub working
This may seem long duration but I got the sub working with in 15 days of it having malfunctioned. I have seen local supplier taking longer time to accept the problem and send a replacement. So it's a thumbs up from me to the svs guys.
