Tata Sky HD Flicker

Guys, need help!! Been a week since I moved to Tata Sky HD. I am running it via my Denon 1610 and the picture keep flickering, I mean the picture just goes blank and then comes back. I have tried connecting the STB directly to the TV, and the issue does get resolved to a limit. Any ideas??? I have no issues playing my BD player... no flicker. Does the 50 Hz input from STB makes a diff??

I had the same issue earlier when I had tata sky+ component output connected to denon 1910.
Looks like its denon issue. when I connected it to TV directly the blanking out vanished.

Now I have upgraded to tata sky hd pvr and connected it directly to my TV using hdmi. I do not see the issue anymore
Also I have replaced my denon 1910 with yamaha rx-v667.

weird as the issue is not there when connecting a BD Player over HDMI....
