Sony Bravia is the good one slightly expensive than other brands , check Samsung , Panasonic tvs as well. Go with 75" , since you worried about product reliability go with the brand which provides more years of warrant or extended warranty for 2-3 years. The life of a TV reduces mainly in india due to sudden piwercut and voltage fluctuations, use the UPS instead of stabilizer which will cost you max 6k , UPS will protect your tv from voltage fluctuations and powercut. TV keeps working for some time during powercut. You can safely switch off the unit. I am using UPS for my TV , for 4 years no issues with TV so far.
For Home theater , what's your budget ? . to build good theater system with 5.1 system it costs minimum 1.5 to 2 lakhs.
If you are considering below 1 lakh, then soundbars are the good option.

I will definitely get a UPS now for the tv, and will check out the soundbars as my budget is less than 1L rn for the home theatre cause tv will take up 1.2-1.4L here

TVs built today last only a few years as that is how most companies make them, its pure business nowadays, reliability goes for a toss. If I were you, I would go for something midsegment types. Would read customer reviews on support for certain brands, see Youtube videos uploaded by end users and take a call. Bottom line nothing is future roof and nothing lasts forever!

It depends... my old samsung TV worked for more than 10 years , The main problem is most of the time we connect the tv to the power and leave it as its , we never switch off the main power. Especially in india we have much power cuts and voltage fluctuations, the TV have to be protected with well power backup unit UPS that most people don't fo. Stabilizer is simply a marketing technique , though it protects from voltage fluctuation it does not protect from power cut. The sudden power cut also will hurt the today modern TVS.

For that budget, 65" OLED won't be possible. Mini LED TV is the the way to go. Samsung Neo QLED or Sony Bravia 5 might be your options.

1L is good budget for Soundbar. Current Froum favourite is Samsung 990 series there.
