Urgent:Sony 40 inch Ex or Panasonic 46 inch X20

Please suggest which is a better buy. I have to purchase on Monday, My family is coming on Monday.
1. Sony EX 400 40 inch @ 52990/- (with Airtel HD DTH with 3 months subscription)
2. Panasonic X20 46 inch @50000/-

Sony also comes with a USB player while Pana does not.

Obvious choice is Sony EX 400 40 inch, because its a FULL HD TV, resolution 1920*1080.

Panasonic X20 is a HD TV, resolution 1024*768.

Its a no brainier choice, go with Sony EX 400.

why don't you check for Panasonic VIERA TH-P46U20D that's full HD and will be much better than any LCD

and there's 42V20D also rumoured to be around 58K .... that's the best tv you can get for that money
