Yamaha RX-V581 or DENON 1200x

Anyone has best rates for them in any delhi ncr stores...

Both will have slightly different sound signature. You should audition and select based upon your taste. Both are actually good receivers. Personally i will go with denon.

Denon AVR-X1200W has been the best seller in this price bracket world over. Also, Denon's are pretty good for music compared to Yamaha in my experience.
Yamaha AVRs have the distinction of having proprietary virtual sound enhancements like "Hall in Vienna" "Roxy Theatre" etc which try to imitate the acoustics of these well known real performance venues, which are pretty impressive for a non "purist".

But of course best option - audition both, preferably with the same set of speakers and decide.
