Where's the Forum link?

Hi, the Forum link in the menu is available only on the Home page and not on the inside pages? Any reason for that?

I often open the site on a random page that my browser address bar throws up and I'm forever searching for the Forum link. It took me a long time to figure out that the Forum link is available from the home page.

once u enter the forum.. above the tabs u can see the arrow pointers.. showing where exactly u are in the forum.. u can click on the root link again and go back...
