which 32 inch LCD/LED TV?

Hi,

Please suggest a good 32 inch LCD/LED TV. Looking for very good Picture Quality. Watching SD content will dominate HD content(more of SD watching). Budget is not a constraint.

i own a 32Ex520 and happy with that. But suggest you to go with eX720 as you dont have any budget constraints

I'm also using sony for more than years. This is my 2nd sony TV. But after using sony for many years, I experienced that the picture quality remains superb but sound quality of sony tv deteriorates. Not sure why and whether I'll go for sony again in future by investing so much. It is better to check other tv performances over years also.

Yes,Picture quality of 32ex720 is superb.I am satisfied with the sound quality it provides.It may be not the best,but provides better sound quality.

I am looking to buy a 32 inch LCD/LED tv for my bedroom. This would be my first HDTV, currently have a 21 inch CRT in the living room with Tata Sky SD connection.

I would be taking a Tata Sky + HD connection for the HDTV.

Viewing distance would be approx 8 feet.

Budget is approx 35k INR.

I have some doubts:

1. For a size of 32 inch and viewing distance of 8 feet, is it advised to go for HD ready or full HD ? For such a screen size and viewing distance, can we really make out the difference ?

2. What are the benefits of edge LED tv over CCFL lit LCD tv ? Are LED TVs worth the price difference ? (I don't really care about the slimness of the TV)

3. Is it worth going for LCD tv with surround sound and 300/800 watts PMPO ?

4. Please suggest some models. The ones which I have in mind are LG 32LK430 (Jazz), Samsung LA32D580K4R, Sony KLV-32NX520 and KLV-32CX420.

5. Are extended warranties worth the price ? I generally prefer to purchase extended warranties for peace of mind.

32ex720 costs 50k !! pay 12k more and you can get 51d550 3d plasma which is gr8 vfm

Thanks for all your inputs. I am not particular about 3D. But would like to have good viewing angle. Is sony still the best considering the viewing angle as well?
