Which speakers to buy for a home theatre system

Hi i am planning to build a home theatre system
i'l be buying a western digital live hd media player
but i am confused about which speakers to buy
i have a budget to 20k max for the speakers
and how are soundbars saw one in a sony catalouge
its a rectangle shaped single speaker which is mounted on the wall and it gives a 7.1 surround effect however it was limited
are there any more companies which make such speakers
and if such type of speakers are not available
please suggest normal speakers with good sound quality

Good sound bars at 20 K are not available.

YOu need a AMP and Speakers , WDTV does not has a AMP.

for HT you need 5.1 which leads to only one good option , Logitech Z5500 or Edifier speakers.

What if i increase it to 30k ?
and i thought that home theatre speakers powered like monitors on the stage anyways my bad
