Which TV to buy? Budget approx 50k

Hi ,
i am looking to buy a led/lcd tv and my budget is about 50k. Can stretch a little....My usage would be normal channel viewing during the week (2-4 hrs) after office and Gaming and football watching in the Weekends.
I will invest in a PS3 after buying the television....
i seldom use usb sticks to watch movies.
I have a sony T series 26 inches from which i am upgrading.
What do you guys suggest? I am a little inclined towards Led's given their clarity and slim profile but with my budget i think i can only afford a 32 inch . My viewing distance would be 6-7 feet.

Buy Sony EX520 - 40 inches LED from Grey market for appox 50k
Also look for Samsung D5000 - 40 inches LED from Grey market for 45k

Both are equally good options and value for money.

With bill prices for these are around 65k

With bill, someone claimed it is sold at 56.5k @ huddlendeal.com
45k should be ok, if the seller gives warranty against any panel defects, dead pixels etc.
