I've Decided to Buy Yamaha RX-473, Could you please Suggest Compatible Speakers For the Same..
.
I have Samsung 51" Plasma and a Blu Ray and i want to buy to connect the same into it.
.
My Budget is between 40 000 - 50000 Indian Rupees [Including the Budget of Speakers, Speakers Brand is Not Decided Yet] Cud Extend 4000 - 5000 More For Best..
.
Ill Place the System in a Mid Size hall..
.
I Know Im Going The Other Way Round.. Shud've Chose the Speakers First.. But I Want Good System thats y Chose the System First..
.
Also Shud I Purchase The AVR in B&W or Shud I Purchase it in Grey..
.
Also From Where I Can Get It At Cheap Price..
.
I Live in Jaipur Rajasthan, Please Suggest and Advice..

Gaurav,

You best bet would be to take a trip to Delhi (should not be very far from Jaipur). There are lots of audio-video shops in Gurgaon/Delhi where you could check out speaker options. Most of the AV shops should carry a Yamaha receiver; thus you would have a fair idea of what the speakers should sound like in your system. Listen to a few speakers and figure out something that you like.

I would always suggest buying with B&W. Saves the day incase some problem crops up.

in mumbai it is available for less than 30k, so you should be able to match that in delhi easily.

I am afraid, not always good way to pair with warm speakers.I have Tannoy with RX-V667 & fine details are easily misssed. Yamaha AVR are not bright now days & pair it wisely.

PSB image woked good for movies with 667,also Energy,wharfedale, Paradigm,Klipsch are the brands which goes well with Yamaha.
