I saw that Zee studio SD shows ads that it's available in HD. Is that correct? If yes, which operator? Of is that the false HD shown by DishTV.

Its neither available nor its the fake HD given by Dish TV. Its rather another FAKE Marketing done by Zee group when except for Ten HD (and probably another channel), none EXIST on any platform yet.
