123sold.in - are they in business ?

I paid for a cartridge on 123sold.in last Sunday, until today there has been no email or any other confirmation of shipping from their end. I tried calling them on ph. no. given on their website, also emailed them yesterday for a status update. But phone is switched off and I received no email reply. Does anyone out here have an alternate contact no for these guys?

I doubt they would be out of business, they are a storefront for NGH (New Gramaphone House) afaik. They had contacted me when I had placed an order for LP via amazon and it was out of stock, sharing you the number over PM.
