2 In 1 Out HDMI splitter

Dear Friends,

Need Help! I have 1 HDMI out from my AV Receiver that needs to go to my TV and Projector. So what are the options?

would a splitter like this do the job?

The were no cheaper options when I bought mine.

I have heard of people experiencing problems with cheap splitters. I would recommend going for SYVIO one that Gijo George bought.
