49 inch LED TV

Please advice a affordable model...from Panasonic or LG(I believe Pany will be more afordable).Only simple LED required.Will use it with my Videocon HD d2h

VU leds are available from 30k on flipkart l guess.
They are VFM and exchage offer also available there.
