Looking for something small at reasonable price...
Having been out of the HT loop for so long, I could really use some help understanding what options I should consider. Ideally the new speakers would be fairly small, but big enough to provide solid sound for my 18' x 13' living room.

I'm not looking to break the bank, but I also know that good speakers last a long time. So I'm OK spending a couple grand more for something that will sound nice, look nice and not take up a lot of space.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Polks T15......T30

You will need to add a sub of your budget and choice....look at Yamaha subs as they can perform as close as possible to 20hz.....

Polk TL1600....

Tagas....

Boston Acoustics 2310

Thanks for the suggestion...

I have a Velodyne Impact-10-Inch-Subwoofer, Marantz 1509 AVR @50 watt output/ch.
The packages you mentioned are with sub woofer. I found these 5.0 spkrs online...

The ones you found are good......check the specs and take a call....

If you already have a sub...you can purchase the Polk T series 5.0.....no need to get the sub......

Here are Bostons....

Similarly you can make your own combo......check specs and take a call.....the NR1509 is capable of driving speakers which are rated at 100 watts RMS at 8 ohms load......

For the same budget as the Klipsch, you also have the Focal Sib. Have heard them and they are amazing. Given the size of your room, they will be a great option..

Another option is the Dali Fazon Mikro.. very very impressive speakers , small in size

If you're interested, I'm selling my Elac Cinema 10 3.0 (left right center) for 18k. They were used for 5 months and then I upgraded to larger speakers. :)

I'm not looking to break the bank

40K for 5.0 speakers

You may consider Taga Harmony inmove series, 5.0 speaker package for 25K (or) Taga Harmony Platinum speakers - S90 SL / Platinum / C 90 SL to complete 5.0 inside your budget..

18' x 13' living room.

I have a Velodyne Impact-10-Inch-Subwoofer, Marantz 1509 AVR @50 watt output/ch.

Adding one more sub would be beneficial for solid lows..

Anthony Gallo Micro or Adiva used should be on your radar. They have great WAF, look cute and sound big & delicious ;)
