5.1 setup with 40k budget

@all Experts ,

Looking to setup a decent 5.1 speaker setup ( already have yamaha 583) with budget constrain of ~40k.
Heard polk TL 1600 and Elac cinema 5 , both were decent but compared the one i had earlier Polk RM 6750 was much better.
Please suggest alternatives, given my budget constrain.
Located in bangalore, any references to the best dealer will also help

You may consider Taga TAV series 5.0 speaker package for 20 ~ 22K and add a standalone subwoofer.. either 10/12 inch, whichever you can grab in your budget..
