Hi,

We are moving into a new house. I am planning to install a new TV. My requirement specs are something around the lines of 50+inch , 1080p or 4k, non-smart (I have a firestick, chromecast and whatnot).

Can you guys suggest some good TV's quality wise and also in budget. My estimated budget < (70k - 75k)

I would think that only a Panasonic/LG will fit in that budget.
Panasonics have good PQ, they use IPS panels.

Hi,

Given the recent threads on the forum of what FMs faced after 2 or 3 years of use in terms of panel issues or motherboard failures, I would suggest to go for budget TVs and use the same to maximum extent and then pop it off...

No point spending so much when the actual lifespan of LED TVs etc is only between 3-5 years...

Look at VU or TCL etc and decide based on specs and required features...

All the best!

Go for Vu 55 inch. Vu is nothing but a re-branded Hi-Sense TV, which is a good brand in China.

I tried to buy 55 Vu, but unfortunately, the delivery is not available to my home town/any city near by.
