Another reason why Bluedart sucks.
I got my parcel from ishop picked up by Bluedart 16th. They could not deliver by next day. Ok that may be over expectation. But yesterday they came and simply left after the door was unanswered. My wife was just at 1 min distance from home (grd floor). They did not give me a call. In my experience, every courier company would call me in such an event.

I fortunately clicked on the Tracking page, luckily it worked and showed my new Bluedart tracking number which these ishop people were supposed to send to me on Thursday. I then contacted blue dart team and to my surprise they already had my player in chennai coordinated with them and personally went and collected the player.

I intend to order blank disks, but 50GB disks are expensive. I need 50GB disks to backup my few blu-ray movies.

I had ordered PIONEER VSX-1022-K from ishop using same 50% off shipping . The receiver came but completely shattered . Both knobs broken , On/Off switch missing and cracks in different parts . Metal body bended . Seems elephant stood on it . Its completely dead . Now the fight starts for the refund . My only good luck i paid using credit card .
Till now ishop has been completely helpful and are taking the product back . they are taking their time . Want everything in written that is in emails for showing to their seniors . They want me to ship it back to mumbai which i refused as it will cost me minimum 2.5k . I have asked them to arrange a pickup which hopefully they will agree . I had emailed with pics the instant I had received it . They are not telling whether i will get a replacement or refund . Any one has experience ? Check the pics
Check pic 6 . The gaping hole below the knob should be the on/off switch . Even the broken plastic pieces were missing from the package .

I think it fell from a vehicle/table on ground like during customs or Bluedart handling . Funny thing is that the on/off switch which is missing , its broken pieces were no there in carton . The wire was also cut like the wire got entangled and system got dragged . Whatever plastic was broken , no damaged /broken piece was there in carton

I have shipped it back with Bluedart . ishop created a prepaid label and bluedart picked it up . As per ishop they will send it back to newegg and i will get a replacement . So as per ishop past delivery and things i dont think i will get it before end of Feb

i had bought the panasonic dmp220 from amazon through ishop.. It came with no problems and nice packaging.

I got my second order delivered smoothly by ishop. It was delayed but by Bluedart (again). Of course no damage possible for these item s; 35' and 10' Bluerigger HDMI cables. Its an awesome buy for me. 120hz 3d video transferred over 45 feet without a glitch or grain.
