6.1 AVR but 5 speakers

Is there anyway I can utilize the center back ( marked in green ) to improve the fronts or in any manner?

Only with 7.1 AVR,surr back can be configed as biwirable with frnts.

Does that mean I can use the cb to additionally drive one of the fronts?

I'm assuming since my amps pretty powerful { 4 x 10,000 F capacitor and a large toroidal transformer with 125w x 6 ( 350watt x all channel at 6ohm) } it should be able to pull it off easily on one of the speakers atleast... watcha think?

Its generally not possible & you AVR may not have feature.
I thing you dont need extra power.

How would I know if it support or not. I can set the cb to large from small and dedeicate individual bass om the options. Would it need something more or some sort of thing inside the amp?

Search the manual for biwiring/biamping.... what doeas the manula say,,,?

Manual says you can biwire the fronts, nothing about using the cb as a pseudo biamp for single front tower

6.1 may not be used as biwirable due to only 1ext chanel.7.1 can.
