A good 7.1 AV reciever 25 to 30k

Hi all can any one suggest me a good 7.1 AVR below 30k my need is movies music 50:50.

I think Yamaha 571 is more futureproof than Marantz nr1501?
571 support 3D too and more powerful than nr1501. Can you suggest a good speaker package for 571 ? I was planning for Yamaha NS 8390 tower speakers and ns p60 or equvalant center and surround speaker.

What is your budget for speakers? What is your preference? satellites or floor standers or book shelves?

My budget for speaker is also around 30k my prefences is to build a 5.1 system so i can upgrade it to 7.1 if needed. and there is no specific preferecne about floor or satelite or book shelf, just need a good system to watch full HD movies with DTS coz i have no time to watch movies at multiplex. And some time at my place of service in interior areas theaters are also unavailabe. Anyway after going through many threads i was planning to get Yamaha Yamaha NS 8390 tower speakers as front spkr and ns p60 etc as center and rear surround speakers.
Pl suggest your views according to my needs.
