A little help with 621 headshell...

Well, I guess I know why this unit was only 25 bucks on CL. "Oh, it just needs a cartridge" he said as I inspected it. And of course, not knowing what I was looking at...

So, the plastic on the back edge appears that perhaps the old head got torn out no?
Other than that, can I just get a TK 14/24 and it just snaps in, making contacts with the ones at the back? Then a cartridge/stylus right?

Did as much homework as I could before asking, printed out the service/user manuals, which don't have much helpful items..

Thoughts?

Looks like an integrated, non replaceable headshell for a factory calibrated tonearm?
More pictures, not so close up and from other sides will help.

Is this a Dual? It looks similar to the player I have. I think my player uses a similar headshell- 620.

Yes, it's a Dual tonearm. Buy the cartridge sledge for Dual, mount the cartridge and slide it in and lock with the top lever. The sledge is difficult to find but available on eBay.
