A/V Receiver+Speaker Package for 20k

I have a Sony RDR-HX720 Recorder with me.I would like to have a home theater connected to this player.
Let me know a nice A/V Receiver+Speaker Package with 6.1 or 5.1 below 20k.Am in chennai.Would be glad if you could mention some place where i could get them.

I remember seeing Onkyo entry level models for as low as 19k during December07. You might want to check out those in your area.
