It's all personal taste! But I think that is unkind. Did you check out other pictures? Only the horn itself looks "empty," and seems, to me, a very beautiful form.

I love the plain-wood look in the opening-post picture too.

One man's beautiful speaker is another man's eye socket! :lol:

Not only they sound awesome, but also look beautiful. Somehow we cannot beat the Italians in wood making and finish! The fit and finish are outstanding. Long way to getting them burnt in.
