Airtel IPTV box , all speakers getting same voice at a time

Hi,

I am using a Kodak Smart TV , Airtel IPTV box and Sony HT-RT3 soundbar.
I have connected the TV HDMI port to the IPTV box HDMI port.
I have connected the Kodak TV HDMI-arc port to the Sound bar HDMI port..
I also tried connecting the TV's optical port to Soundbar Optical connection.

In all the scenarios surround sound does not work with dolby movies or HD channels. all front speakers and rear surround speakers heard same voice , whereas all speakers should sound different sound tracks as recorded.

I have tried all the settings on tv and iptv box like surround sound or dolby settings but in vain.

Please help to sort the issue.
