All Media player owners, please help

Is there a media player that can be connected to bd-drive?

I don't think so. if that bluray drive has a usb out then it might be playable but region coding and copyright protection might scramble the signal for media player.

BTW I have a LaCie d2 external dvd drive with USB out, it gets detected by my Asus O!Play

can u play non-copyright protected and region-free dvds without hassles or stutter?
also, himedia 900b is one which can be connected via sata port. i would like to know from 900b owners whether they have successfully tried playing a bd through bd-drive connected to it?
