I am not sure if this amplifier fits the bill. A colleague owns a Emotiva XPA-5 power amplifier and has very nice things to say about it. The speakers being driven by the amplifier are the Polk Audio RtiA9. Not anywhere in the league of a Dynaudio but still.

The cost of this power amplifier including shipping and customs worked out to around Rs. 61000. If you are interested, you can talk/email Emotiva directly and they will ship it for you.

The dyns - other than the excite series need serious grunt but with refinement. Look for a used Plinius!
