Hi, I have been using Jriver 20 since the past 3-4 years and wanted to know if there is any audible difference in sound quality in the newer versions as compared to the Jriver 20? The new version is 24 and I was wondering if there would be any positive change in the audio SQ in the latest version...

Yes there is a sonic improvement in v24 over 20.
There was a jump in sound in v22 originally - don't think the engine has changed much since.

I am still on MC 19 and waiting for a wireless sound system so that I can benefit from their claimed better DLNA rendering. Any views on the DLNA rendering capability being better in 24?
