Are you able to browse 6moons?

Hmmm..weird....I tried over my mobile network and it loaded, then I switched over to my wifi and 403! Another friend of mine in my apartment complex is having the same problem...maybe its an ISP thing...

Change your DNS in the router and check if it fixes it.

Either OpenDNS or Google DNS.

208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 (OpenDNS)

8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 (Google DNS)

Typically, ISP's DNS servers are the biggest bottleneck. I would recommend using a 3rd party DNS service always.

I was getting the error with google dns set. 8.8.4.4. Some something was definitely off for a while. Also if it is a dns issue, it'll be a website not found issue not a 403 forbidden. The latter means the website is accessible but the web server is malfunctioning.

Edit: Forgot to add it - seems to be working now.
