I am looking to purchase a TV 98” or larger, viewing distance of 16ft - the options I am considering are Sony Bravia 5, Hisense U7N100”, TCL C7K or TCL C72K. Have not been able to find an electronics shop with these on display (and at these sizes). Anyone able to give their views from experience/expertise- was leaning towards Sony from reputation and after sales service.

TCL c72k or lg oled. c72k 98 inch I got a quote for around 3.4L, lg oled g5 I bought at 13L.

Where did you get the quote on the C72K ? Online quotes seem pricier...
You can get a quote and quick shipping from TCL brand store. See that you are from Bangalore and there are a few brand stores in Bangalore. Easier to deal with them and track the shipment and installation through them.
Maybe a projector?
