Asus M4A78 HTPC motherboard

Is anybody using the Asus M4A78 HTPC board in their htpc?

How is the quality of their built in sound chip?

I think you are talking about the board which is based on AMD + 780 G chipset and has HDMI out. If it is the same, then audio through HDMI is standard but through analog outs, not on par with say, an add on sound card. It doesn't means, it is bad, but is low on gains. The board is known for is HDMI performance.
