I think you are doing a very interesting demo chain business model. Will these be places like "friends'" houses or will you be renting these places all year long and use only for commercial purpose? It might cost quite a lot!!!
Good for demo taking guys though.

we guyz dont work on a showroom models..
instead we work out on demo houses...
this gives the clients/customers a brief idea, how there projects, houses, etc
will look like, as they get a feel of exact home...

we doesnt operate any kind of commercial work from there, so as we are legal in doing this kind of work, its more like of guest house...

Dont worry...
We are in process of working a Demo Apartment in Delhi-NCR as well...
90% the place is confirmed in Noida...
So, within 2 months to be max.. we will have our demo apartment ready for you guyz to audition our stuff...
