AV dealers in mumbai ( especially in areas of thane, vashi, mulund, ghatkopar)

There was a hi end AV dealer in Thane on the way to Tikujiniwadi (take the left towards Tikujiniwadi from Ghodbunder road while coming from Thane station/LBS marg/Manpada junction, and then take the first left), don't remember the name though and not sure its still there.

I had ordered my Sonodyne speakers from there.

do you mean on gladys alwares marg? if so, strange, i pass that road often, I never noticed it.. i'll look again!

sorry pal don't know the road's name either. i had bought my speakers from them in 2005. used to go there regularly for auditions. They had Jamo, Sonodyne, Wharfedale on display. Quite a big shop it was. May be its closed down, not sure.

Check and update if you find it, probably will go there one of the weekends.

There this guy Chintamani, sounds quite passionate about his job and the field of hiend AV. Ready to work out good deals on AVRs, especially Denon and Onkyo. I think thats where I saw a Sherwood AVR for the first time too.

Chintamani is helpful & know abt AVR.I was with him taking Demo of my F1.Still he needs to improve as he cant go deep in details & lacks 10%.He likes Denon to Yamaha I think as he praises Denon.

If you compare him with Vijaysales guys,he is much better.
They had plans to open new shop at Ghodbander Rd.

I've managed to convince him to buy good bookshelves and a stereo amp instead of a Sony all-in-one types :)
 
Sanjay Enterprises near Asian Paints, Bhandup has a good demo room. Sanjay is passionate about everything and has a good ear and can give a good deal. They are also Pioneer authorized dealers. Also have Denon Marantz to name a few.

Are you talking about Warehouse direct behind Asian Paints?

I got from the Pioneer website their list of authorized dealers which includes Sanjay Enterprises and visited this place. The wifi at his place was Warehouse- direct, so I presume that it is the same. It is near gate 3 of Asian Paints, and is at Kembros Estate, the external place is like a closed industrial estate.
