AVr Suggestion for POLK TSx440T with 5.1

Today Bought 1 Year old POLK floor standers pair TSx440T
in Rs. 26000 (Mint Condition)

Is this good price in which i have bought ?

Also will denon 1200 be powerful enough to drive

2 speakers = TSx440T
1 subwhoofer - have to buy
1 centre - have to buy
2 surround sound - have to buy

please suggest...

they are sounding good.... @ sellers home with maranz and kenwood hi model,
main confusion is buying a decent good avr for them for a new 5.1 setup

i settle upon denon1200, but many forum members are saying its a bit underpower for this setup

polk tsx 440t pair
centre - still finding anything decent price and performance, suggest
1 subwhoof - Pioneer S-51W 150W Active Subwoofer
4 sourround - jbl satellite140bk (only the 4 surround /back)
