AVRs from Amazon UK

Hi Guys,

I heard a lot that if we get anything from US we will be hasseled with step down transformers etc to make it work in india

but how abt from UK ? amazon UK also has some relatively cheaper AVR if compared to india price

I have been checking on amazon uk for quite some time for AVRs and Blu-ray players, but found none which can be sipped to India.!
The biggest advantage of ordering from European (.co.uk, .de etc) sites/countries is that there is no need for step down transformer as they run on similar power system as ours.

Amzaon.UK do ship AVR receivers directly to India and there is no hassles and shipping charges is also less comparatively. Please note resellers in Amazon will not ship and if the items which were sold directly by AMZ.Uk will be shipped.

UK Avrs or any other Electronic equipments don't require StepDown or Up transformers... U can get thru SYW... but they charge for excessive weights, sometimes customs too... Ask for views on EbayGlobal .. I am not sure though.. Other forum members might help on this...

Well I am sorry ,,, but that holds good only for BluRay discs I guess and may be even DVDs.. i tried with AVR 1912 and got the following message on Checkout

ebay global is again costly, there seems to be less difference between price in india and on ebay global

not much difference in price from singapore and around...excessive price you pay here includes warranty.

Search for Denon 1912 --> Choose the department (from left panel) --> Choose Amazon.co.uk as seller from left panel (need to click the checkbox)
