Posted this review in another thread but thought to do it here too as it is dedicated thread for Baazigar.
Got my copy too. There is no speed issues. I was expecting heavy 180gm vinyl here but it is I think 140gm LP. Comes in soft thick Outer Sleeve (Better than Sony DADC), LP Record is inserted in Paper Sleeve Only (without inner poly layer), I would prefer Sony DADC one here.
Did a quick spin and to compared this Baazigar Vinyl with Indian Baazigar CD (Venus, Manufactured in 1998) and International Edition released on Melody.
This LP is sounds close to early Indian edition CD (not the most recent ones) and IT HAS very clean and smooth details and sounds better than that CD (for me).
BUT comparing this LP with Melody CD, Melody CD win for me.
Reason: LP sounds more sharp (like on Indian CD) than Melody CD... which has a deep sound, balanced, felt weight in sound, bass is good, higher frequencies are controlled. People who listened some Time Music and Melody CDs (Vijaypath is good example) can understand what I mean here.
Overall: I am happy with the final product, Could be better but this is first attempt and it doesn't disappoint.
Suggestion: Need to work on artwork for future releases. Arranging images, photoshoots from archive is very important. It will make the LP release worth. Also I know it's hard but try to source it from actual origin/Analog source/Spool Tapes/DAT.
Now I am expecting Deewana, Mashooq, Saajan, Dilwale, Main Khiladi Tu Anari, Salaami, Khiladi etc.
